Subject:  Change of FEM Centre Practice Location

To all my patients:

As most of you know, I have been splitting my clinical practice between both FEM Centre locations.  I am providing care in the Colleyville office on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays and the Fort Worth office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  I have maintained this schedule for the past 3 ½ years.

Beginning in June 2010 I will begin my transition to consolidate my practice full time into the FEM Centre Colleyville location.  I will be seeing patients in the Fort Worth location on Thursdays only beginning in June 2010 and then completely transitioning to Colleyville full time in September 2010.

I know my decision to consolidate may serve as an inconvenience to some of you, but I hope you will follow me to the FEM Centre in Colleyville. 

My decision to transition to Colleyville and not Fort Worth was based on my commute time.  My decision to consolidate my practice was based on the need for consistency in my practice.

It has and will continue to be a pleasure serving as your Primary Care Physician if you choose to make the transition with me.
