Janet Miles-Maestas, PA-C, MA

Janet is a Physician Assistant who graduated from the first PA program at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth in 1999. She spent the first five years after graduation as a PA in Family Practice in Hillsboro and Whitney, Texas. In 2004 she transitioned to her true calling—bioidentical hormone treatment for women and men. She worked at the Hotze Health and Wellness Center in Katy, Texas and at the Roby Institute in Austin, Texas before joining the FEM Centre.

Janet also has a passion for nutrition and wellness. She holds a Master's degree in nutrition from the University of Texas at Austin. Her 20 years of experience in this field includes work in nutrition in Guatemala, public health nutrition in New Mexico, corporate wellness, and teaching at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. Janet feels her nutrition background complements her work as a PA.

Janet enjoys country living with her husband in Hillsboro, Texas where they raise llamas.
