Joins the FEM Centre
Joseph F. McWherter,
M.D., is happy to announce Dan Petr, PhD, MPAS, PA-C, has joined the
FEM Centre.
Dan Petr holds a
doctorate in Biological Sciences from the University of North Texas and
a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of North
Texas Health Science Center. He has both Master and Bachelor degrees in
Biology from Andrews University in Michigan.
Dan taught Biology,
Embryology and Microbiology for 23 years and was awarded the Zapara
Excellence in Teaching Award before continuing his education to become a
Physician’s Assistant. He is experienced in Bio-Identical Hormone
Therapy as well as Family Medicine/Internal Medicine and Gynecology.
Dan has special
interest in men and women’s wellness, menopause, HRT for men and women
and thyroid disease. He is available for physicals and general health
for men and women. Dan and his family live in
Keene, Texas.
Along with the other
providers at the FEM Centre, Dan is dedicated to helping women and men
achieve optimum health. With a focus on longevity and wellness, the FEM
Centre staff utilizes the best of both traditional and complementary
techniques along with nutrition to help patients reach their goals.
Dan will see men and women patients in both the Fort Worth and
Colleyville offices.
