FEM Calm is a unique formula of vitamins, minerals,
amino acids and herbs that work synergistically to balance stress. The B
vitamins in FEM Calm work to support the nerve cells and lower
homocysteine levels. FEM Calm contains magnesium to relax the muscle
cells and ease tension. Lemon Balm, Passion Flower and Valerian are
calming and relaxing herbs. FEM Calm also contains Ashwagandha which is
an Aureveydic adaptogen herb that supports the adrenals.
Dosage: Take three capsules one to three
times daily.
Contraindications: Not for use in pregnant
or nursing mothers. Ask your health care practitioner before using if
currently taking prescription antidepressants.
