This combination of B6 and the amino acid L-Taurine encourages the appropriate flow of fluid into and out of the cell membrane. With this proper flow, water and toxins can build up inside of cells, causing fluid retention and water weight gain. Contraindications: L-Taurine may irritate ulcers, not recommended for those with active ulcers. If you are taking FEM Diuretic with blood pressure medication, your blood pressure medication dose may need to be lowered, monitor your blood pressure often and work with your FEM Centre health care provider.
