Kristin Sorensen, RN, WHCNP

Kristen Sorensen graduated from Ricks College in 1988 with an Associates Degree in Nursing. She then attended Brigham Young University and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Nursing in 1989.

After working for a number of years as a Registered Nurse primarily in the areas of Internal Medicine, Women's Health and Home Health Care for the elderly, she pursued a Masters and Post Masters Degree in Nursing through the University of Phoenix. She has been working as a Nurse Practitioner since 1997.

Kristen is from Utah. She is married with three children. She enjoys being a mom and working in the yard.

Kristen sees patients in the Fort Worth FEM Centre office.
